Mike Dexter-Smith is a dedicated community advocate and serves as President of the Brevard Rotary. He is known for turning ideas into action and consistently works to create meaningful opportunities within the community. His leadership and commitment have been instrumental in the creation and development of the Youth Hub in Rosman.

Ryan Hinkleman is a longtime educator with a strong passion for supporting and mentoring youth in Rosman. He is deeply committed to creating a welcoming, engaging environment where young people can learn and grow. His experience in leading non-profits stretches back to 2018 when he served as the Director of the Rosman Youth Support Center.
