Mike is a dedicated community advocate and serves as President of the Brevard Rotary. He is known for turning ideas into action and consistently works to create meaningful opportunities within the community. His leadership and commitment have been instrumental in the creation and development of the Youth Hub in Rosman.

Bio
Ryan is a longtime educator with a strong passion for supporting and mentoring youth in Rosman. He is deeply committed to creating a welcoming, engaging environment where young people can learn and grow. His experience in leading non-profits stretches back to 2018 when he served as the director of a local youth center.

Becky brings a unique blend of operational expertise and a background in child pskyychology, allowing her to create spaces that are not only safe and functional, but also supportive of youth development. With a genuine passion for working with young people, she will help foster a welcoming, positive environment where teens feel comfortable, respected, and encouraged to thrive.

Our Team Leads play a vital role in the daily operations of the Youth Hub, helping create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for every young person who enters our doors. They oversee day-to-day activities, build meaningful relationships with youth, and provide mentorship, guidance, and encouragement. Passionate about the young people they serve, our Team Leads are committed to helping youth grow in confidence, develop positive life skills, and feel valued, supported, and connected within our community.
